We didn’t have a reservation upon arriving in Lansing. I found Shah online and am so glad I did. He arrived at the airport in about 20 minutes and had us at our hotel quickly and safely. I reserved him for the trip back to the airport for later in the week. He’s a lovely man, very gentlemanly in his manners, and his vehicle is spotless. Yes, I recommend him 100%.

MSU Express is AMAZING. They showed up on time in the middle of the night, got me to my destination and were exceptionally professional and polite the whole time. If I need a ride again they will be who I call, without question!
